He share this at the 2024 BET Awards
Killer Mike found hope at the end of a challenging period. The rapper, who had a song a year ago called Scientists & Engineers, revealed some uplifting news about his 21-year-old son Michael “P Boy” Render. This isn’t the first time Killer Mike has opened up about Michael’s three-year wait on the kidney donor list. Last year, he talked about feeling responsible for being there for his son’s first surgery.

Killer Mike explained that during a November 2023 appearance on In Depth with Graham Bensinger before describing that emotional experience.
